The "Arrow Gant" character made his debut in 1993 in the pilot episode to the TV sketch comedy "A Funny Experience" (USA), and had a recurring part with this syndicated show throughout 1994.
Being on the road all the time, this quite arrogant (hence his name) news reporter has to cope with tricky on-location reports, and quite often his comments get him into big trouble. He reports for the news of fictitious DDT Network, whose name is a reference to the dangerous and in most countries banned herbicide.
Even though the lead character's arrogance could easily turn "Arrow Gant" into a simple slapstick comedy, the format, however, centers around smart and satirical punch lines full of irony. With Arrow Gant, it always pays to listen carefully and read between the lines!
"Arrow Gant" is an exciting journey since 1993, and now the story continues......
